Delivery Information
At AS Beauty, we understand that you are eager to experience the benefits of our products as soon as possible. That’s why we are dedicated to processing and shipping your orders promptly. We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day of receiving them, ensuring your products reach you quickly. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 days, with returns only accepted if goods arrive damaged.
TRANSPORTATION
By selecting a shipping method during checkout, you authorize us to arrange delivery through trusted third-party courier services. These couriers prioritize the safety and efficiency of your delivery. While we work to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays can occur.
- If your order has not arrived within seven working days, please track it using the provided details or contact us directly for assistance.
DELIVERY TIME
AS Beauty delivers across the U.A.E. and internationally. Delivery time varies based on location. Deliveries occur between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Notes:
- *For same-day delivery within Dubai, orders must be placed by 3:00 PM. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
- **For all other UAE locations, orders must be placed between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed outside these hours or during UAE bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery times are approximate and may be delayed during promotions, sale seasons, or public holidays.
- ***International shipments may incur additional charges, such as import tax, duty tax, and VAT, depending on the shipping destination.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email containing tracking information. Our delivery partner may contact you to confirm your address or schedule a convenient delivery time. Delays may occur if you cannot be reached for confirmation.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Transportation costs are calculated based on order weight. You can view the exact delivery charges during checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order. If incorrect details are provided, additional charges will apply to reship the order to the correct address.
