RETURNS, EXCHANGE, AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY – AS BEAUTY

Exchange Policy

Returns are only applicable in case of damage, and customers must report the issue within two days of receiving the delivery. To initiate the process, kindly contact us via email at customersupport@asbeauty.com with details of the damaged item.

Steps to Return Products to AS Beauty

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at customersupport@asbeauty.com with your order details.
  2. Pack the Item: Place the merchandise in its original box with all tags, labels, stickers, and the original invoice intact.
  3. Confirmation Email: Once we receive your request, we will respond within 24 hours with instructions for the return process.
  4. Courier the Product: Ship the product to us as advised in the return instructions.
  5. Quality Check: Once the shipment is received, the product will undergo a quality check. If the product meets the required conditions, an exchange will be processed.

Conditions for Returns

  • All products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • All returns must be authorized through customersupport@asbeauty.com.
  • Products must be returned in saleable condition within 14 days of receiving return approval.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer will bear the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
  • The return package must include the packing slip and original receipt.

Refund Policy

If a refund is requested instead of an exchange, we will provide Store Credit equal to the value of the returned product(s).

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing customersupport@asbeauty.com with the order details or contacting us at +971 50 980 8839.
  • Once the order has been processed, cancellation is not allowed.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be made to the original payment method used by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund process to complete.
